- DIAGNOSE AND/OR REPAIR
- PER CUSTOMER COMPLAINT WE INSPECTED THE VEHICLE. WE CONFIRMED THE CODE. WE FOUND THAT THE MISFIRE WAS ON CYLINDER #3. CYLINDER #3 IS UNDER THE INTAKE MANIFOLD, SO WE COULD NOT CHECK THE SPECIFIC CYLINDER. WE DID CHECK SPARK PLUGS ON THE FRONT OF THE ENGINE, FOUND THAT THEY ARE WORN. RECOMMEND REMOVE AND REPLACE SPARK PLUGS. NOTE: THE THROTTLE BODY IS DIRTY, WHICH WILL HAVE ITS OWN LABOR.
- PER CUSTOMER COMPLAINT WE INSPECTED THE VEHICLE. WE CONFIRMED THE CODE. WE MONITORED THE AIR/FUEL RATIO FOR BOTH UPSTREAM SENSORS. WE FOUND THAT THE BANK 1 SENSOR WAS SLOW TO RESPOND. RECOMMEND REPLACING BOTH AIR/FUEL RATIO SENSORS, SINCE IF YOU JUST REPLACE THE FAILING ONE, IT MAY BE FASTER THAN THE OTHER AND SET THE CODE AGAIN.
- REMOVE AIR DUCT, USE MANUFACTURER SPECIFIED CLEANING AGENT TO CLEAN THE THROTTLE BODY WITH BRUSHES. RELEARN COMPUTER AS NECESSARY RELEARN THROTTLE BODY COMPUTER SPECIFICATIONS.
- PERFORMED A POWER TERRA CLEAN THAT COMBINES BREAKTHROUGH TECHNOLOGY AND SCIENCE TO CLEAN INJECTORS,BACK OF VALVES AND COMBUSTION CHAMBER,THIS CAN IMPROVE ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING,FUEL ECONOMY-VEHICLE PERFORMANCE-HARMFUL EMISSIONS AND HELP EXTEND THE LIFE OF YOUR VEHICLE
