- WE CHECKED FOR TUNE UP, FOUND THAT THE SPARK PLUGS ARE STARTING TO FIRE OFF THE SIDE. THE AIR FILTER WAS OK. THE THROTTLE BODY WAS DIRTY. REMOVE AND REPLACE THE SPARK PLUGS. SEE 'THROTTLE BODY' FOR CLEANING.
- PER CUSTOMER COMPLAINT WE INSPECTED THE VEHICLE. THERE ARE NO CURRENT CODES, THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS NOT ON AT THIS TIME. WE NOTED THAT THE AIR INTAKE TUBE AT THE TURBO, WAS NOT TIGHT. WE CORRECTED THE ISSUE. WE ALSO CHECKED THE MASS AIRFLOW SENSOR AND FOUND THAT IT WAS DIRTY. WE CLEANED THE MASS AIRFLOW SENSOR. AT THIS TIME, THE VEHICLE IS NOT RUNNING LEAN. RECOMMEND CHECKING FOR TUNE UP, IF THE CUSTOMER HAS NOT HAD ONE. RECOMMEND CHECKING AIR FILTER INSTALLATION. WE DO NOT LIKE TO REMOVE THESE, DUE TO THE DESIGN, WITHOUT CAUSE, SO WE DID NOT CHECK IT.

REMOVE AND REPLACE THE OIL FILTER HOUSING, OIL TEMPERATURE SENSOR, OIL PRESSURE SENSOR, INTAKE GASKETS, PCV, FILL ENGINE OIL TO SPECIFICATIONS. FILL AND BLEED THE COOLING SYSTEM.
- PER CUSTOMER COMPLAINT WE INSPECTED THE VEHICLE. WE PERFORMED A CHARGING SYSTEM CHECK, BATTERY WAS VERY BAD, STARTER AND ALTERNATOR ARE OK AT THIS TIME. REMOVE AND REPLACE THE BATTERY.

- DURING OUR INSPECTION WE FOUND THAT THE EXHAUST FLANGE FROM THE CONVERTER ASSEMBLY TO THE MUFFLER ASSEMBLY HAS A BROKEN BOLT, BLOWN OUT GASKET. REMOVE THE BROKEN STUD, REMOVE THE ROTTING STUD, CLEAN AND INSTALL NEW GASKET, INSTALL NEW NUTS/BOLTS.
- REPLACE THE REAR BRAKE PADS. REPLACE THE REAR BRAKE ROTORS. CLEAN AND LUBE THE CALIPER SUPPORTS AND THE SLIDE MECHANISMS. REPLACE THE HARDWARE KIT IF NECESSARY.
