  • PER CUSTOMER COMPLAINT WE INSPECTED THE VEHICLE. WE WERE INFORMED THAT THE VEHICLE MAY BE LEAKING OIL FROM THE OIL FILTER HOUSING. WE CONFIRMED A LARGE AMOUNT OF OIL AROUND THE AREA AND ALL OVER THE TRANSMISSION. THE CUSTOMER INFORMED US THIS DID NOT START UNTIL AFTER THE LAST OIL CHANGE SERVICE. WE CLEANED THE ARE AS BEST WE COULD AND INSPECTED. WE DO NOT, AT THIS TIME, SUSPECT THAT THE OIL FILTER HOUSING IS LEAKING. WE SUSPECT THAT THERE WAS A LARGE AMOUNT OF SPILLED OIL FROM THE OIL CHANGE SERVICE AND IT WAS RUNNING DOWN AS THE VEHICLE WAS RUNNING AND VIBRATING. THE CUSTOMER HAS DECLINED FURTHER ACTION. NOTE: WE NOTED THAT THE DRIVER FRONT LOWER BALL JOINT WAS CLOSE TO BREAKING. THE CUSTOMER HAS BEEN INFORMED. NOTE: BOTH REAR SPRINGS ARE BROKEN, ONE AT THE TOP, ONE AT THE BOTTOM. THIS CAN BE DANGEROUS AND CAN POTENTIALLY CAUSE A TIRE BLOW OUT OR BE EJECTED FROM THE VEHICLE AND STRIKE A PEDESTRIAN. CUSTOMER HAS BEEN INFORMED. NOTE: THIS VEHICLE IS DANGEROUS TO DRIVE UNTIL REPAIRED.
  • THANK YOU!
