    • PER CUSTOMER COMPLAINT WE INSPECTED THE VEHICLE. WE FOUND THAT THE FLANGE BETWEEN THE CONVERTERS AND RESONATOR HAD ROTTED AWAY ON BOTH SIDES. WE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE CATALYTIC CONVERTERS AND RESONATOR ASSEMBLY, CLAMPED THE MUFFLER TO THE RESONATOR ASSEMBLY.

    • PER CUSTOMER COMPLAINT WE INSPECTED THE VEHICLE. WE FOUND THE FOLLOWING CODES: P0013 EXHAUST CAMSHAFT POSITION ACTUATOR SOLENOID P0128 COOLANT THERMOSTAT RATIONALITY P0171 FUEL SYSTEM TOO LEAN BANK 1 P0700 TRANSMISSION CONTROL SYSTEM FAULT P0752 SHIFT SOLENOID A STUCK ON WE FOUND THAT THE DRIVER FRONT WHEEL BEARING WAS MAKING A LOT OF NOISE. THE PASSENGER FRONT AXLE NUT IS NOT TIGHT. THE FRONT WHEELS ARE BENT BADLY. THE FRONT BRAKES, THE PASSENGER LOWER PIN IS FROZEN IN THE CALIPER. WILL NEED PADS AND ROTORS, PINS AND BOOTS. THE DRIVER REAR CALIPER IS LEAKING BADLY, THE PAD IS DISPLACED AND THE PISTON ON THE CALIPER POPPED OUT. WILL NEED PADS, ROTORS AND CALIPERS IN THE REAR. WE FOUND THAT BOTH THE INTAKE AND EXHAUST SOLENOID WERE OUT OF SPECIFICATIONS(BADLY). THE MASS AIRFLOW SENSOR AND THROTTLE BODY ARE DIRTY. THE CODE IN THE TRANSMISSION MEANS A TRANSMISSION REBUILD IS LIKELY NECESSARY. THERE MAY BE OTHER ISSUES WITH THIS VEHICLE. WE DID NOT PERFORM A COMPREHENSIVE INSPECTION. CUSTOMER DECLINED REPAIRS. ***DO NOT DRIVE, VEHICLE HAS NO BRAKES, VERY DANGEROUS!!!***

    • LUBRICATE AND CHECK CHASSIS. CHANGE OIL, USING SYNTHETIC OIL,CHANGE OIL FILTER. CHECK AIR FILTER AND BREATHER FILTER. CHECK ALL FLUID LEVELS AND TIRE PRESSURES. PERFORM BASIC SAFETY INSPECTION.
    • PER CUSTOMER COMPLAINT WE INSPECTED THE VEHICLE. WE FOUND CODES P0172, P0191. OUR TESTING FOUND THAT THE HIGH PRESSURE FUEL PUMP WAS FAILING. WE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE HIGH PRESSURE FUEL PUMP. THIS WAS ALSO CAUSING A LOT OF FUEL TO GET INTO THE OIL SYSTEM(SEE LUBE, OIL AND FILTER SERVICE) FOR INFORMATION ON THE OIL CHANGE.
    • Remove the Mass Airflow Sensor from the vehicle. Clean using a special cleaning agent. Reinstall the Mass Airflow Sensor. Relearn computer as necessary.
    • REMOVE AIR DUCT, USE MANUFACTURER SPECIFIED CLEANING AGENT TO CLEAN THE THROTTLE BODY WITH BRUSHES. RELEARN COMPUTER AS NECESSARY RELEARN THROTTLE BODY COMPUTER SPECIFICATIONS.

    • PER CUSTOMER COMPLAINT WE INSPECTED THE VEHICLE. WE WERE INFORMED THAT THE VEHICLE MAY BE LEAKING OIL FROM THE OIL FILTER HOUSING. WE CONFIRMED A LARGE AMOUNT OF OIL AROUND THE AREA AND ALL OVER THE TRANSMISSION. THE CUSTOMER INFORMED US THIS DID NOT START UNTIL AFTER THE LAST OIL CHANGE SERVICE. WE CLEANED THE ARE AS BEST WE COULD AND INSPECTED. WE DO NOT, AT THIS TIME, SUSPECT THAT THE OIL FILTER HOUSING IS LEAKING. WE SUSPECT THAT THERE WAS A LARGE AMOUNT OF SPILLED OIL FROM THE OIL CHANGE SERVICE AND IT WAS RUNNING DOWN AS THE VEHICLE WAS RUNNING AND VIBRATING. THE CUSTOMER HAS DECLINED FURTHER ACTION. NOTE: WE NOTED THAT THE DRIVER FRONT LOWER BALL JOINT WAS CLOSE TO BREAKING. THE CUSTOMER HAS BEEN INFORMED. NOTE: BOTH REAR SPRINGS ARE BROKEN, ONE AT THE TOP, ONE AT THE BOTTOM. THIS CAN BE DANGEROUS AND CAN POTENTIALLY CAUSE A TIRE BLOW OUT OR BE EJECTED FROM THE VEHICLE AND STRIKE A PEDESTRIAN. CUSTOMER HAS BEEN INFORMED. NOTE: THIS VEHICLE IS DANGEROUS TO DRIVE UNTIL REPAIRED.

    • PER CUSTOMER COMPLAINT WE INSPECTED THE VEHICLE. WE FOUND THAT THE LOW BEAM RELAY FAILED. WE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE RELAY. WE FOUND THAT A FUSE FOR THE REAR HATCH MODULE WAS BLOWN. WE REPLACED THE FUSE AND RESTORED POWER. WE REMOVED AND REPLACED 5 OF THE BULBS IN THE BRAKE/REVERSE LIGHTS, WE DID NOT REPLACE THE PASSENGER REVERSE, THE CIRCUIT BOARD IS FAILING THERE. WE PROGRAMMED THE 2 KEY-FOBS. THE REAR DEFROST HAS NO POWER TO THE GRID. WOULD HAVE TO FURTHER DIAGNOSE.
    • WE FOUND CODES FOR MISFIRE(#2, RANDOM), LEAN BANK 1 WE CHECKED THE BANK 1 UPSTREAM OXYGEN SENSOR AND FOUND THAT IT WAS NOT MOVING LIKE IT SHOULD. WE REPLACED THE SENSOR. WE INSPECTED THE VEHICLE. WE FOUND THAT CYLINDER #2 AND #4 WERE NOT FLOWING LIKE THE OTHER INJECTORS. WE REMOVED THE INTAKE MANIFOLD AND REPLACED THE FUEL INJECTORS FOR #2 AND #4.
    • WE TESTED AND FOUND THAT THE THERMOSTAT WAS STUCK OPEN. WE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE THERMOSTAT, FILLED AND BLED THE COOLING SYSTEM.

    • Remove the Mass Airflow Sensor from the vehicle. Clean using a special cleaning agent. Reinstall the Mass Airflow Sensor. Relearn computer as necessary.
    • REMOVE AIR DUCT, USE MANUFACTURER SPECIFIED CLEANING AGENT TO CLEAN THE THROTTLE BODY WITH BRUSHES. RELEARN COMPUTER AS NECESSARY RELEARN THROTTLE BODY COMPUTER SPECIFICATIONS.
    • DURING OUR INSPECTION WE FOUND THAT THERE WAS A BAD CLICKING IN THE DASH, INTERMITTENTLY. WE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE RECIRCULATION DOOR ACTUATOR.
    • PER CUSTOMER COMPLAINT WE INSPECTED THE VEHICLE. WE FOUND CODE B0011 DRIVER PRETENSIONER LOOP RESISTANCE. PER TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN WE REMOVED A CONNECTION, CLEANED AND GREASED, REINSTALLED. LIGHT DID NOT RETURN AT THIS TIME.
