WE EVACUTATE THE SYSTEM, PULL VACUUM TO REMOVE MOISTURE AND CHECK FOR LEAKS. RECHARGE THE SYSTEM, IF NECESSARY, ADD DYE TO THE SYSTEM IN ORDER TO SPOT FUTURE LEAKS.
DURING OUR INSPECTION WE FOUND THAT THE OIL DIPSTICK WAS MISSING/BROKEN. WE WERE ABLE TO REMOVE THE BROKEN DIPSTICK AND INSTALL A NEW ONE.

LUBRICATE AND CHECK CHASSIS. CHANGE OIL, USING SYNTHETIC OIL,CHANGE OIL FILTER. CHECK AIR FILTER AND BREATHER FILTER. CHECK ALL FLUID LEVELS AND TIRE PRESSURES. PERFORM BASIC SAFETY INSPECTION.

REPLACE THE FRONT BRAKE PADS. REPLACE THE FRONT BRAKE ROTORS. CLEAN AND LUBE THE CALIPER SUPPORTS AND THE SLIDE MECHANISMS.REPLACE THE HARDWARE KIT IF NECESSARY. CLEAN AND REPACK THE WHEEL BEARINGS AND REPLACE THE SEALS IF EQUIPPED. BLEED THE BRAKE IF NECESSARY. CHECK AND FILL THE BRAKE FLUID. TORQUE THE LUG NUTS AND TEST DRIVE THE VEHICLE. NOTE: SUBSEQUENT OVER TORQUING OF THE LUG NUT CAN AND WILL DAMAGE THE BRAKE ROTOR(S). THIS WILL CAUSE PULSATION. WE USE A TORQUE BAR TO ENSURE THAT THE LUG NUT TORQUE IS CORRECT, EVERY TIME. PER CUSTOMER COMPLAINT WE INSPECTED THE VEHICLE. WE FOUND THAT THE IGNITION COILS VOLTAGE DROPPED FROM 3V TO 0V. WE DETERMINED THERE WAS A BAD CONNECTION/WIRE. WE WERE ABLE TO FIND A DAMAGED WIRE FOR THE IGNITION COILS. WE REPAIRED THE WIRE AND RESTORED FUNCTION.

PER CUSTOMER COMPLAINT WE INSPECTED THE VEHICLE. WE FOUND CODES: P0341 CMP SENSOR 'S' AND CKP SENSOR INCORRECT PHASE C187200 VSA MODULATOR CONTROL UNIT RELATED MALFUNCTION 85-01 VSA SYS MALFUNCTION 85-11 PCM MALFUNCTION THE CAM/CRANK SENSOR IS CAUSED BY A STRETCHED TIMING CHAIN. WE CAN HEAR THE CHAIN AT CERTAIN RPM. DUE TO THE OIL CONSUMPTION AND HIGH MILEAGE, DO NOT RECOMMEND REPAIRING. WE PERFORMED A RELEARN ON THE STEERING ANGLE SENSOR, THIS CLEARED THE VSA CODES. NOTE: THE BATTERY DIED WHILE TESTING. WE CHARGED THE BATTERY.

PER CUSTOMER COMPLAINT WE INSPECTED THE VEHICLE. WE FOUND THAT THE DRIVER FRONT BRAKE WAS HOLDING. WE TESTED AND FOUND THAT THE DRIVER BRAKE HOSE WAS FAILING. WE REMOVED AND REPLACED BOTH FRONT BRAKE HOSES, FILLED AND BLED THE COOLING SYSTEMS.
WE REMOVED A WHEEL LOCK ON EVERY WHEEL. INSTALLED NORMAL LUGS.
