  • PER CUSTOMER COMPLAINT WE INSPECTED THE VEHICLE. WE FOUND THE FOLLOWING CODES: P0013 EXHAUST CAMSHAFT POSITION ACTUATOR SOLENOID P0128 COOLANT THERMOSTAT RATIONALITY P0171 FUEL SYSTEM TOO LEAN BANK 1 P0700 TRANSMISSION CONTROL SYSTEM FAULT P0752 SHIFT SOLENOID A STUCK ON WE FOUND THAT THE DRIVER FRONT WHEEL BEARING WAS MAKING A LOT OF NOISE. THE PASSENGER FRONT AXLE NUT IS NOT TIGHT. THE FRONT WHEELS ARE BENT BADLY. THE FRONT BRAKES, THE PASSENGER LOWER PIN IS FROZEN IN THE CALIPER. WILL NEED PADS AND ROTORS, PINS AND BOOTS. THE DRIVER REAR CALIPER IS LEAKING BADLY, THE PAD IS DISPLACED AND THE PISTON ON THE CALIPER POPPED OUT. WILL NEED PADS, ROTORS AND CALIPERS IN THE REAR. WE FOUND THAT BOTH THE INTAKE AND EXHAUST SOLENOID WERE OUT OF SPECIFICATIONS(BADLY). THE MASS AIRFLOW SENSOR AND THROTTLE BODY ARE DIRTY. THE CODE IN THE TRANSMISSION MEANS A TRANSMISSION REBUILD IS LIKELY NECESSARY. THERE MAY BE OTHER ISSUES WITH THIS VEHICLE. WE DID NOT PERFORM A COMPREHENSIVE INSPECTION. CUSTOMER DECLINED REPAIRS. ***DO NOT DRIVE, VEHICLE HAS NO BRAKES, VERY DANGEROUS!!!***

  • PER CUSTOMER COMPLAINT WE INSPECTED THE VEHICLE. WE CONFIRMED THE NOISE. DURING OUR INSPECTION WE FOUND THAT THE OIL WAS LOW. THE ENGINE TOOK A BIT OVER 2 QUARTS OF OIL TO GET WITHIN THE SAFE RANGE. THIS ENGINE IS CONSUMING OIL AT A DECENT RATE. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND CHECKING OIL FREQUENTLY TO AVOID ENGINE DAMAGE.
  • LUBRICATE AND CHECK CHASSIS. CHANGE OIL, USING SYNTHETIC OIL,CHANGE OIL FILTER. CHECK AIR FILTER AND BREATHER FILTER. CHECK ALL FLUID LEVELS AND TIRE PRESSURES. PERFORM BASIC SAFETY INSPECTION.
  • REPLACE THE FRONT BRAKE PADS. REPLACE THE FRONT BRAKE ROTORS. CLEAN AND LUBE THE CALIPER SUPPORTS AND THE SLIDE MECHANISMS.REPLACE THE HARDWARE KIT IF NECESSARY. CLEAN AND REPACK THE WHEEL BEARINGS AND REPLACE THE SEALS IF EQUIPPED. BLEED THE BRAKE IF NECESSARY. CHECK AND FILL THE BRAKE FLUID. TORQUE THE LUG NUTS AND TEST DRIVE THE VEHICLE.
  • DURING OUR INSPECTION WE FOUND THAT THE CABIN AIR FILTER WAS VERY DIRTY. WE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE CABIN AIR FILTER.

  • PER CUSTOMER COMPLAINT WE INSPECTED THE VEHICLE. WE FOUND THAT THE FRONT STRUTS WERE WEAK. WE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE FRONT STRUTS AND MOUNTS. NOTE: WOULD HAVE LIKED TO REPLACE THE SPRINGS, BUT ARE NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.
  • WE FOUND THAT THE DRIVER FRONT C/V SHAFT ASSEMBLY HAD A SPLIT BOOT AND WAS LEAKING. WE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE DRIVER FRONT C/V SHAFT ASSEMBLY. NOTE: WE HAD TO REPLACE THE STUB SHAFT, IT WOULD NOT COME OUT OF THE EXISTING SHAFT.
  • PER CUSTOMER COMPLAINT WE INSPECTED THE VEHICLE. WE FOUND THAT THE PARKING BRAKE SHOES WERE WORN TO NOTHING. IN ORDER TO REPLACE THE PARKING BRAKES, WE WOULD HAVE TO REMOVE BOTH REAR AXLES. THE CUSTOMER DECLINED REPAIRS AT THIS TIME. NOTE: WE MADE SURE THE PARKING BRAKE CABLE WOULD NOT CATCH ON ANYTHING.

  • Remove and re-install four wheels and rear brake drums to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. Lining remaining is: Front (50%) Rear (40%) INSIDE FACE OF ROTORS ARE VERY RUSTY. Rotate tires(if requested)

  • PER CUSTOMER COMPLAINT WE INSPECTED THE VEHICLE. WE FOUND THAT THERE WAS A LEAKING EXHAUST PIPE BETWEEN THE FRONT Y-PIPE AND THE RESONATOR. THE LEAK WAS RIGHT AT A LARGE BAND CLAMP. WE REMOVED THE PIPE FROM JUST BEFORE THE BAND CLAMP, APPROXIMATELY 7" IN TOTAL, AND WELDED A NEW SECTION OF PIPE IN.
