WE REMOVED THE BROKEN STUD, REMOVED THE OTHER STUD AND INSTALLED NEW GASKET, 2 NEW BOLTS AND NUTS, HAD TO USE SOME MUFFLER CEMENT TO GET A GOOD SEAL. AT SOME POINT, WILL NEED TO REPLACE THE FLANGES.

WILL HAVE TO REPLACE SOLENOID AND RECHECK AFTER RESETTING FUEL TRIMS. AFTER RESET, VEHICLE IS NOT CURRENTLY RUNNING LEAN.

WE FILED DOWN THE SHARPER EDGES, USED SILICONE TO HELP SEAL THE AREA. IF THIS LEAK RETURNS, MAY HAVE TO REMOVE THE DIFFERENTIAL COMPLETELY FOR FURTHER REPAIR. FILLED FLUID TO SPECIFICATIONS.

- PER CUSTOMER REQUEST WE INSPECTED THE BRAKES. WE FOUND THAT THE FRONT BRAKES HAVE QUITE A BIT OF PAD LIFE(80+), SOME HARD SPOTS ON THE ROTORS, BUT NO PULSATION AT THIS TIME. WE DID NOTE THAT THERE WAS NO VISIBLE LUBE ON THE SLIDES OR PADS. CLEAN AND LUBE ALL APPLICABLE BRAKE COMPONENTS.
- REPLACE THE REAR BRAKE PADS. REPLACE THE REAR BRAKE ROTORS. CLEAN AND LUBE THE CALIPER SUPPORTS AND THE SLIDE MECHANISMS. REPLACE THE HARDWARE KIT IF NECESSARY. CLEAN AND REPACK THE WHEEL BEARINGS AND REPLACE THE SEALS IF EQUIPPED. BLEED THE BRAKE IF NECESSARY. CHECK AND FILL THE BRAKE FLUID. TORQUE THE LUG NUTS AND TEST DRIVE THE VEHICLE. NOTE: SUBSEQUENT OVER TORQUING OF THE LUG NUT CAN AND WILL DAMAGE THE BRAKE ROTOR(S). THIS WILL CAUSE PULSATION. WE USE A TORQUE BAR TO ENSURE THAT THE LUG NUT TORQUE IS CORRECT, EVERY TIME. IF THE LUG NUTS ARE OVER TORQUED, WE CANNOT WARRANTY THE PARTS, NOR THE LABOR. THIS IS AN EXCEPTION TO OUR 2YR/24K MILE WARRANTY.

- PER CUSTOMER COMPLAINT WE INSPECTED THE VEHICLE. WE DID NOT LIFT THE VEHICLE, BUT CHECKED IN THE PARKING LOT. WE CHECKED ENGINE OIL LEVEL, WAS HALFWAY UP THE HASH MARKS. WE LOOKED AND FOUND THAT THERE WAS A HOLE IN THE LEFT SIDE OF THE ENGINE, NEAR THE TRANSMISSION. THERE ARE PIECES OF THE ENGINE ON THE UNDERSHIELD. THE ENGINE NEEDS TO BE REPLACED, AT THE MINIMUM, NO OTHER DIAGNOSTICS WERE PERFORMED. THE CUSTOMER IS TAKING THE VEHICLE BACK TO THE DEALER THAT SOLD IT TO THEM.
